What data we collect
The business owner's account data (email and password), business and program data, and the customer data you load, such as name, phone, email and birthday.
What we use it for
To run the service: create cards, record stamps and points, send the messages you set up and bill your plan.
Roles under the LGPD
For your customers' data, you are the controller and passeaqui is the processor. For your account data, passeaqui is the controller.
Who we share it with
We use infrastructure providers to host the service and store data on servers in Brazil. We do not sell data.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, portability and deletion of your data, under article 18 of the LGPD.
How long we keep it
We keep data while the account is active and delete it on request, unless the law requires us to retain it.
